This recipe was a mix of a couple recipes I found on Pinterest that sounded delicious and I was using what I had on hand at the time.

Instructions
  1. 1. Brown Ground Beef in skillet until no longer pink. Along with spices.
  2. 2. Add in Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles.
  3. 3. Add Salsa to Hot Dog Buns as desired.
  4. 4. Top with Ground Beef mixture, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, And any other taco toppings you wish along with a sprinkle of dried cilantro. Serve warm!

Instructions
  1. Cook Ground Beef/Turkey until no longer pink.
  2. Bring Water to a boil, add in pasta and cook until al dante , drain water, and add back to the pot.
  3. Mix together pasta, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and sour cream until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Add in meat and mushrooms
  5. Serve with a salad and breadsticks if desired.

  1. Cook Chicken until no longer pink.
  2. Cook Rice until tender.
  3. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, mushrooms, and frozen broccoli to pot or skillet and cook until cream cheese is melted and mixed in.
  4. Then add in chicken and heat through.
  5. Serve with Garlic Toast and Salad.

This dish was a HUGE hit with my family. When the groceries get low in the cupboards and I start inventing things this is what happens. But that’s part of the fun!

That’s why I have started this blog to start sharing recipes with you. Some of them may not be my own and I will share the sources where I get the recipes from so that you can get even more recipes.

Poor Man's Stir Fry
This yummy recipe is made budget friendly and was a huge hit with my house! The name doesn't imply that you are poor it just means that the recipe itself is budget friendly. Poor Man's Stir Fry is made from budget friendly ingredients and things that may already be in your pantry, nothing special.

Instructions
  1. Brown Ground Beef along with spices in a skillet or large pot.
  2. Drain grease from ground beef.
  3. Unwrap and add Ramen noodles to the pot (without ground beef) along with 5 cups of water to cover noodles.
  4. Cook noodles till tender but not over done.
  5. If you wish to drain excess water from noodles you may do it now and then add seasoning packages to the noodles. If you don't wish to drain water, then go ahead and add seasoning to the noodles now.
  6. Add frozen veggies and cook until warmed through.
  7. Add Ground Beef back to the skillet or pot and stir/toss to mix.
  8. Top with a tiny bit of cilantro or parsley.
